  Jacklyn is an exceptional childminder. My baby girl would get extremely upset if she was left with anyone other than myself, even her Father, big sister and Grandparents had to endure endless screaming until she was back in my arms. We tried everything but nothing really worked. Someone suggested we try putting her in with Jacklyn for a morning or a day to help her learn how to cope without me. It was a huge decision but one we had to make. We chatted to Jacklyn, explained our fears and the problems and she reassured us that our daughter would be ok. She was right!!! After just her second visit the crying stopped and she started being much happier being with other people. From here on things kept on improving. Jacklyn was given a screaming baby to care for and handed us back an adorable, giggling, contented child. She learnt to socialise with others and that Mummy would always come back for her. We were giving reports on every visit and watched our child grow. I can never thank Jacklyn enough for what she did and I cannot recommend her more. She is a truly WONDERFUL childminder.
